Good day Sabang ES Parents! ❤️

We are happy to inform you that there will be a FREE PSA (for those with live birth/registered but no PSA copy yet) and FREE Late Registration available for all students of Sabang Elementary School.

👉 Important Reminders:
• For Sabang ES students only
• Parents must complete all requirements
• Deadline for FREE PSA: September 15, 2025
• Deadline for FREE Late Registration: September 30, 2025
• Highly encouraged for parents, especially those incoming Grade 6 students

📌 Parents may ask for the forms, authorization letter, and checklist from their child’s teacher/adviser OR directly visit the SPTA office (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM- Weekdays only)

✅ Requirements for FREE PSA:

1. Xerox copy of Live Birth (back-to-back)
2. Signed Authorization Letter
3. Xerox copy of Parent’s ID (back-to-back, preferably National ID, with 3 signatures)
4. Xerox copy of Child’s ID / if none, Certificate of Enrollment
5. PSA Application Form

✅ Requirements for FREE Late Registration:

1. Copy of PSA Negative Result (CRA Form No. 1)
2. Copy of Baptismal Certificate
3. Copy of Marriage Contract of Parents (if married)
4. Copy of Medical Certificate issued by attendant at birth
5. Barangay Certification of Child
6. Copy of Parent’s ID with 3 signatures

Last September 5, 2025, we joyfully opened the celebration of Teachers’ Month at Sabang Elementary School with a simple yet heartfelt surprise prepared by the SPTA Officers, together with the SELG and students. From 6:00 to 8:00 in the morning, our teachers were welcomed with love, bouquet of school supplies and balloons as our way of showing how much we value and appreciate their dedication. Seeing their smiles and happiness was priceless. Truly, we value and appreciate everything our teachers do in shaping the future of our children. 💐💖

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who made this possible:
