Maligayang pagbati para sa ating mga
kababaihan — ang ilaw na hindi lamang limitado sa ating mga tahanan, kundi ang ilaw ng bawat pag-asa sa mundo na puno ng deskriminasyon sa ating lipunan. Sila'y tumindig at nakibaka, dahil sila ay hindi lamang babae, kundi mga lider ng pagkakaisa. Sila'y tagapagtanggol ng karapatan, at mga haligi ng mga pagbabago sa ating lipunan.

Kaya naman sa buwang ito, sila'y dapat ating parangalan at pahalagahan at hindi gawing isang kagamitan para sa malalaswang kaisipan.
