As a member of LLCC DBLC, you'll get to develop your performance skills and represent our school during events. Whether you have experience or just starting out, we invite you to try and join our screening!

📌 For majorettes, you need to prepare the following:
- Any music you want, either DBLC music or a playlist.
- Baton/Flaglet (if the auditionee does not have one, DBLC can provide one at the screening)
- The auditionee must wear a skirt that has a conservative length above the knee.

Qualifications for Majorettes/Flag Bearers:
- With Pleasing Personality
- Atleast 5.0 height requirement

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Please bring a photocopy of your Valid Driver's License, your Official/Original Receipt, and your Certificate of Registration.

A fee of 𝐏𝐡𝐩 𝟓𝟎.𝟎𝟎 will be collected upon application.

The Leadership Training Seminar (LTS) and Strategic Planning session for selected student organization officers successfully concluded on June 18, 2025, at the Bellavista Hotel in Lapu-Lapu City. This two-day intensive program, spearheaded by Dr. Anna Liza Apos-Ocaya, Dean of the Student Affairs and Services Office (SASO), was meticulously designed to enhance the critical leadership capabilities of our student body representatives.

Participants engaged in a holistic training program that included interactive team-building exercises, presentations on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and in-depth discussions on project management skills, their inherent challenges, and effective task delegation. These activities were specifically structured to fortify skills in leadership, critical thinking, and communication. The seminar fostered a highly collaborative environment, ensuring that student leaders were thoroughly prepared for their upcoming responsibilities and the effective implementation of their respective organizations' calendars of activities. This initiative stands as a testament to our commitment to developing well-equipped and strategically minded student leaders.

We eagerly anticipate the positive changes and innovative projects these empowered leaders will bring to our community and beyond. Their dedication to growth promises a brighter future for all.
