Effective 16 October 2025, Contrails International Aviation Academy, Inc. (CIAAI) has officially turned over its flying school operations to Leading Edge International Aviation Academy, Inc. (LEIAAI).

Contrails is now undergoing corporate restructuring to focus on aviation support and related services.
