Because I sure am 101% guilty of this. I've been so busy creating content for my client's clients that I'm putting my own social media accounts on the back burner.🤦‍♀️

I know very well how important it is to be consistent in providing value to my audience and interacting with them.

However, I was too overwhelmed with the accounts that I had to create content for. On top of that, they're from different niches. Good thing my client, whom I've been working with for more than a year now, is super awesome. She had to take some tasks off of my plate because it had already come to a point that I was no longer sleeping. It’s my fault for not telling her beforehand.

Growing on any social media platform is not just about creating and posting content. You also have to spend time with the community.❤️

Instagram is upgrading its search functionality and letting users find content by keywords rather than being limited to hashtags.⁣

However, this is only available to English-speaking users in six countries, including the UK, US, Ireland, and Canada. ⁣
⁣
With that being said, hashtags still make your content easier to find especially to those countries not listed above. Therefore if you want to grow on Instagram you better create a hashtag strategy for your business/brand as well as work harder to produce highly valuable content.⁣

I used to consider failures as bad luck. I even thought I was cursed and greatness wasn't for me. There were many instances that I felt sh*t and even questioned my faith.⁣

However, I've come to realize that I'd never be to where I am now if I didn't make those mistakes in the past. Whenever negativity kicks in, I remind myself of the accomplishments I've made no matter how little they are.⁣

I still make tons of mistakes and I have a lot to learn since I'm a neophyte in my industry, but I now consider failures as an opportunity for me to grow.⁣
