What an amazing display of esteemed careers and aspirations! On the afternoon of January 30, 2026, St. Alphonsus Catholic School culminated its very own Career Monthโa month full of dreams, aspirations, dedication, and faith. Career Month was headed by the Guidance Area, as the culminating activity started with a prayer, followed by the introduction of the finalists chosen from the Elimination Round held on the afternoon of January 12, 2026, the awarding of winners from the different off-campus competitions, and the recognition of winners from the various monthly activities. During the Elimination Round, one representative per section competed for a spot as a finalist to participate in the Career Walkโto show the Alphonsian community just how much dedication, focus, and commitment they could exert through their chosen career.
Fifteen (15) finalists per grade level were chosen to participate in the Career Walk. Each finalist per grade level represented their chosen career beautifully, energetically, faithfully, and most of allโpassionately. Each finalist displayed their chosen profession with beauty, grace, and passion, from the Grade 7 finalists up to the Senior High School finalists. Afterwards, the winners of the different off-campus competitions were awardedโbringing to light the effort, talent, and diligence that the Alphonsian competitors displayed even outside the school campus. Subsequently, the winners of the different Alphonsian monthly activities were recognizedโacknowledging the effort, hard work, and time the students invested in preparing their bulletin boards. Aside from recognizing the bulletin board winners, the Alphonsian All-Star Sections were acknowledged as wellโhighlighting the hard work, integrity, and effort that each section displayed.
Career Month was truly a celebration of faith, effort, dreams, and ambition. Everyone worked together in achieving their goals, encouraged one another, and remained considerate of each otherโs situations as the Alphonsians culminated yet another successful month. This yearโs Career Month celebration was indeed a fruitful, beautiful, and efficient event. It reminded students to reflect on what they want to become, to consider what they truly need, and to never be afraid to help others in the process.
