On November 25, 2025, BS in Teacher Education students of Assumption College of Davao visited Science and Technology Education Center (STEC) as part of their academic exposure and field study. There were no classes held during the visit, but the students were still able to explore STEC’s facilities and observe how the school integrates technology, innovation, and effective teaching practices in its learning environment. Four selected Junior High students explained to them what STEC is and shared our best practices, like students' reporting and more, which amazed the visitors.

The engagement gave them valuable insights into STEC’s programs, approaches, and culture of excellence. It also allowed future educators to gain a clearer understanding of how a dynamic and forward-thinking school operates in real settings.

A meaningful and inspiring visit that helped the next generation of teachers know STEC beyond what they read in textbooks.

On the 14th day of November, 2025, selected students represented STEC Junior High School in the Children's Congress held at Barangay Bankal Gymnasium.

The orientation tackled about the Republic Act (RA) 10627 or the Anti-Bullying act of 2013, and RA 11313 or the Safe Spaces Act to prevent bullying and harassments outside or inside school grounds in any forms. Students dived in deeper about these laws to learn how they can prevent bullying and harassments through workshops and discussions of guest speakers.⚖️🎤

Throughout the event, STECians gained their insights on these laws and showcased their understandings through participating in these activities with teamwork and cooperation. These insights can help students prevent bullying and harassments, and can aid in creating a safe and peaceful school environment for all students and teachers.

Last November 14, 2025, the STEC Junior High School Department humbly took part as the Mass Novena sponsor in honor of Our Lady of the Rule.It was a moment of faith, unity, and devotion as the entire JHS community came together to offer prayers for guidance, wisdom, and strength. Through our participation, we were reminded of the importance of service, gratitude, and the deep spiritual heritage we share as one STEC family.

As we honor Our Lady of the Rule, we lifted our hopes and intentions, asking for her loving intercession in our studies. We pray that she continues to watch over our community and inspire us more to live with compassion and lead us ever closer to Christ.

May this celebration be a reminder that faith grows strongest when we stand together united in prayer, purpose, and love. 💙🙏
