Lapu-Lapu City College proudly celebrates its outstanding performance in the September 2025 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT)!

📌 Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd): 93.44% Passing Rate
📌 Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd): 92.59% Passing Rate

Both programs once again surpassed the national passing rates. This reflects the college's commitment to quality teacher education, strong academic preparation, and outcome-based instruction.

Please be informed that your payroll documents are now being processed at the City Hall. To complete the requirements, all TES grantees are requested to personally visit the Registrar’s Office during office hours to sign the necessary documents.

Before coming to the office, bring three (3) photocopies of your School ID (A4 Size). Each copy must include three (3) specimen signatures and active contact number. See attached sample.

The Lapu-Lapu City College (LLCC) Administration wishes to clarify the information circulating online regarding the release of the honorarium of our Contract of Service (CoS) faculty members.

The five-working-day interval for the honorarium covering November 1–15 follows our standard payroll timeline. During the onboarding orientation of all CoS faculty, it was clearly explained that honoraria for the 1st–15th of every month are scheduled for release on the 22nd, as the College requires sufficient lead time for payroll processing, including the completion and verification of clearances, academic records, and other supporting documents.

For this particular period, the processing timeline was further affected by a local holiday due to the fiesta celebration, immediately followed by a weekend when government offices were closed, resulting in fewer working days available to complete all required steps.

We likewise emphasize that the Lapu-Lapu City Government has fully allocated ₱64.3 million as LLCC’s annual budget, which already includes the salaries and honoraria of our CoS faculty members. The payroll schedule has nothing to do with any lack of budget nor does it indicate any absence of support from the City Government. LLCC processes its own payroll as part of its internal operations, and the City Government continues to provide steady support.

We respectfully urge everyone to rely solely on official announcements for accurate information. The honorarium for November 1–15 will be released today.

For clarification, students are classified as irregular if they are underloaded or have any failing grades.

1. A letter signed by both deans (from the previous program and the receiving program).

2. Evaluation of subjects previously taken.
