Through this training, they can also learn key preparedness measures, response protocols, and safety procedures, enabling them to become proactive and competent in managing emergencies and safeguarding others.
With the utmost gratitude, the School DRRM Team extends heartfelt thanks to the Admin Staff, led by our newly installed Principal II, Garvin Velos. We would also like to express our appreciation to the Division of Lapu-Lapu City for approving and supporting our initiatives, especially to Ma. Elena Berame, PDO II. A healthy tree is a safe tree.
To prevent any injuries or accidents caused by unhealthy trees, the Marigondon National High School DRRM team is dedicated and engaged in creating safe areas for all students by taking the initiative in pruning the trees within the school premises.
This helps in diminishing the risk of broken and falling branches that might present hazards to the school community and buildings, increase air circulation, and maintain the plant’s structural integrity.
All bicycles and motorcycles are advised not to park in the area where the pruning activity takes place.
