We Immersionists stationed at STEC are very proud and happy for the experience we have undergone for two weeks, in which throughout the entire course we were able to learn more about the entire school as well as the system which governs it. We appreciate STEC for allowing us to have our immersion in the presence of our beloved STEC Family. As our school motto is "Excellence is our Habit, Perfection is our Goal". Through the entire 2 week period we guarantee that we have been immersed in an actual working environment by doing the tasks assigned to us in our corresponding stations.
Once again we thank the school for its guidance and generosity for catering is in our needs.

"Immersion at Lear Corporation: A Life-Changing Glimpse into the Professional World"
At Lear Corporation, the renowned tier 1 automotive supplier, these fortunate students had the privilege of immersing themselves in a world-class professional environment. For two weeks, they interacted with experts in the field, learning valuable technical and life skills while witnessing the inner workings of Lear's operations.
From witnessing the manufacturing process of Lear's wire harnesses at Plant Gabriela to observing the engineering and testing of products at Lear Philippine Engineering Branch (LPEB), the students were exposed to the dedication and creativity that drives Lear's success.
This program not only solidified their career choices but also instilled gratitude towards their mentors, the faculty of STEC-SHS, and the remarkable individuals at Lear Corporation. The once-in-a-lifetime opportunity provided these students with invaluable insights, setting them on a path towards becoming future professionals.
