line. The first person in each group starts inside the sack
โžข With a โ€œgoโ€ signal, the first jump off will begin. Players must hold the edges
of the sack at all times while hopping toward the marker
โžข Players must hop all the way to the designated marker, round it, and hop
back to their team at the start line
โžข A player must fully cross the start line before exiting the sack
โžข The next teammate cannot step into the sack until the previous runner is
completely out
โžข Teammates are allowed to help the next runner step into the sack to speed up
the transition
โžข If a player falls, they must get back up, reposition themselves in the sack,
and continue from the spot where they fell
โžข The race will continue until all 10 members of the group have completed the
game
