📢 Open for students and out-of-school youth ages 18–30 who want to gain work experience, support their educational expenses, at magkaroon ng productive na bakasyon.

📄 Requirements:
•Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (4 copies)
•Certificate of Grades OR screenshot of student portal showing name, grades, and GWA
•Certificate of Indigence indicating the name and occupation of both parents
•2 pcs. 2x2 ID picture
•Must be a resident of Ilocos Norte

Classes in all levels (both public and private) and work in government offices in the city are canceled today, Monday, February 9, starting at 1:00 PM, as we prepare for and celebrate the annual Pamulinawen Festival Grand Float Parade.

However, offices and agencies whose primary functions involve the maintenance of peace and order, disaster risk reduction and management, health and sanitation, and other vital public services must remain on duty to ensure the safety and security of the general public throughout the festivities.
