If there were a phrase that could describe student life, it would probably be those three words. Whether we're the class achiever, the quiet kid by the window, or one of the "BOYS AT BACK!๐คฆโโ๏ธ" who somehow survives every quiz, one thing is certain; we're all just trying to make it through another school day.
Dear School, we know you're here to prepare us for the future. Your hallways echo with laughter, rushing footsteps, and playful banter. The air carries the scent of floor wax mixed with perfume and floral notes or sometimes just sweat after P.E. or whatever heat and strolls have done while classrooms buzz with dreams, deadlines, and expectations. But beneath all that noise is a quieter story that often goes unheard.
Behind every "๐'๐ข ๐ค๐ ๐๐ฎ ๐"or "๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐ฃ ๐๐๐ซ " (let me do it instead) is one of us carrying more than a backpack. We carry sleepless nights, unfinished assignments, the fear of failing, and expectations that often feel heavier than our books. We laugh through memes, joke about becoming "academic weapons," and smile as if everything is fine because sometimes humor is the only thing keeping us going.
Still, you give us reasons to stay. It's the laughter during lunch breaks, the friend who lends us notes before a quiz, the shared snacks, the sudden "๐๐ฎ, ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐'๐ !๐คฏ๐คญ," (Hey, I've got some tea) along with the songs we sometimes play on TV during free times that somehow understand us better than words do, and more importantly the people that we are with. Those ordinary moments remind us that even on our hardest days, we never carry our burdens alone.
What weighs on us most isn't our school bags instead it's the pressure to keep up. We compare grades, question our future, and sometimes wonder if we're doing enough. Somewhere along the way, school begins to feel less like a place of learning and more like a race.

We don't expect school to be easy because challenges help us grow. We simply hope that while you're preparing us for tomorrow, you'll also remember that we're trying our best to survive today. Behind every attendance check, every quiz score, and every report card is a student with dreams, fears, and silent battles.
