Happy Birthday to the Mother of Modern Nursing! 💚

Happy Birthday, Florence Nightingale.

Hello Divinian SNs!

As we are about to have a new PNSA shirt, we are conducting a mini contest that is open for all DWCL Nursing students. The design with the most number of votes in our messenger poll, will be the winner of this competition.

Goodluck everyone!

"Rather, ten times, die in the surf, heralding the way to a new world, than stand idly on the shore."
- Florence Nightingale

As the Flexible Learning Engagement for DWCL (FLEND) continues to guide us in our education, let us start this new academic year with hopes and dreams. Numerous unavoidable circumstances are present, but we will continue to do our best in expressing our potentials to shape our choice of becoming future Divinian nurses.

"I am (Name), a (freshman, sophomore, junior or senior) Nursing student from Divine Word College of Laoag, Nightingale of the North. I refuse to be reduced by changes and am ready to be equipped with the necessary skills as I slowly transition to be a clinically competent part of the heartbeat of the healthcare industry.

We are landing our feet forward to the academic year 2021-2022 with an insatiable need to care for others and the readiness to lose ourselves in the service of others. The entire DWCL School of Nursing welcomes and values the positive energy and eagerness to be a future RN in the light of the Word."
