The MMSU Graduate School proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of GS Dean, Dr. Doreen D. Domingo, and her team, for receiving the Peopleโ€™s Choice Award in the Poster Presentation โ€“ Professional Category during the 19th Philippine National Health Research System (PNHRS) Week Health Convergence.

This feat serves as an inspiration to the entire Graduate School community, reminding faculty members and students that meaningful research has the power to create lasting change.

Domingo, Chief of the Center for Histomodeling and BioComputing in Applied Biomedical Research and Project Leader, received the ๐๐ž๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐žโ€™๐ฌ ๐‚๐ก๐จ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง โ€“ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ during the 19th Philippine National Health Research System (PNHRS) Week Health Convergence in SOCCSKSARGEN.

Dr. Domingo presented the study entitled โ€œRepair Progression in Liver and Stomach of Alcohol-Fed Male ICR Mice Using Freeze-Dried Pomacea canaliculata Slime and Bovine Milk,โ€ highlighting an investigation into tissue repair and regeneration following alcohol-induced organ damage.

Through her participation, Dr. Domingo brought the research work of MMSU and Region I to the national stage, demonstrating the regionโ€™s continuing commitment to advancing biomedical research and generating knowledge with potential implications for health and tissue regeneration.

ADVISORY:

Please note that July 31, the original deadline, coincides with the start of the University's Work-From-Home (WFH) scheme every Friday. To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to submit their applications, the Graduate School will accept Comprehensive Examination applications on Saturday, August 1, which will serve as the FINAL DAY for submission.

Before coming to the MMSU Graduate School Office, please ensure that you have completed the following requirements:

โœ… Paid the Comprehensive Examination Fee (โ‚ฑ1,000.00) at the Cashier's Office
โœ… Secured the required signatures on your Application Form

๐Ÿ“Œ Important: The Cashier's Office at CTE is open only from Monday to Thursday. Please settle your payment on or before July 30 (Thursday), as the Cashier's Office will not be available on Friday due to the University's WFH scheme.
