SAME SURNAME. TWO TOPNOTCHERS. TWO CONFIDENT JOURNEYS TO THE TOP.

The Navarro Oller siblings have turned a shared family name into a remarkable PNLE achievement, with both siblings earning spots among the country’s topnotchers in different examination years.

Trisha Nicole Navarro Oller first made her mark in the November 2024 Nurses Licensure Examination, placing Top 4 with a 91.80% rating.

Two years later, her brother Ivan Carlo Navarro Oller followed with his own journey to the TOP, ranking Top 10 in the August–September 2026 PNLE.

Their rankings may be different, and their journeys may have unfolded in different years, but one thing remains the same: both had the confidence to aim for the TOP and the determination to work their way there.

Different rankings. Different experiences.
But the same TOP goal. The same confidence to pursue it.

For Ivan, his sister’s topnotcher journey became part of his own inspiration. Having someone who had already experienced the pressure, discipline, and determination needed to reach the TOP gave him a perspective he could carry into his own review journey.

He had dreamed of becoming a topnotcher since college, and he held on to that goal until it became reality.

Now, the Navarro Oller siblings share something extraordinary:
Two board examinations.
Two topnotchers.
Two CONFIDENT TOPRANKERS who dared to aim for the TOP.

Their story reflects what confidence can do when it is paired with a clear goal: it gives you the courage to aim higher, stay focused, and keep moving toward the TOP.

One sibling reached the top first. The other followed.
And together, they now share a TOPNOTCHER legacy.

SAME SURNAME. SAME CONFIDENCE. TWO TOPNOTCHERS. BOTH TOPRANKERS!

FROM “AKO NGA PALA SI PAT, ISANG NURSING GRADUATE AT ISANG MC TAXI RIDER” TO “AKO NGA PALA SI PAT, ISANG REGISTERED NURSE.”

Last August 1, Kwentong TopRanker introduced Pat as more than just a nursing graduate preparing for the board exam.

She was a working student, MC taxi rider, content creator, and aspiring nurse who was determined to keep pursuing her dream while balancing the demands of work, review, and everyday life.

For Pat, becoming a Registered Nurse meant more than spending long hours studying. It meant finding the time and energy to review after work. It meant continuing to prepare for the board exam despite the challenges of being a working student. It meant getting on her MC taxi, taking rides, making a living, and still finding a way to move closer to the profession she had always dreamed of.

Her story became one of the many journeys featured in Kwentong TopRanker, a story that honored working students who continue to chase their goals despite difficult circumstances.

At the time, Pat was introduced as:
“Ako nga pala si Pat, isang nursing graduate at isang MC taxi rider.”
Today, that introduction has changed.
“Ako nga pala si Pat, isang REGISTERED NURSE.”

The rides are no longer just part of making ends meet. They are now part of the story that brought her to this moment.

The long days, exhaustion, review sessions, sacrifices, and persistence all led to one achievement: Pat is now officially a CONFIDENT REGISTERED NURSE.

From being a nursing graduate working as an MC taxi rider while preparing for the boards, to finally earning the title she worked so hard for, Pat’s journey shows what it means to keep moving forward even when the road is not easy.

Her story is a reminder to every working student who is still chasing a dream: your circumstances may shape your journey, but they do not have to limit how far you can go.

Pat kept working.
Pat kept reviewing.
Pat kept believing.
And now, she has reached her TOP goal.

NURSE PAT, YOU DID IT!

From “Ako nga pala si Pat, isang nursing graduate at isang MC taxi rider” to “Ako nga pala si Pat, isang Registered Nurse.”

From every ride to every review, she kept moving forward until her dream finally took her to the TOP.

From the very first PNLE Top 1 in 2017 to the latest PNLE Top 1 in August 2026, TOPRANK has remained the HOME OF THE PNLE TOP 1. And once again, the majority of the topnotchers are CONFIDENT TOPRANKERS—with 44 TopRankers making their mark among the country’s topnotchers.

Because being prepared isn't just about knowing the answers. It's about having the CONFIDENCE to face the boards, trust your preparation, and believe you belong at the TOP.

Different stories. Different journeys. One shared goal: TO TOP THE BOARD EXAM!

And when the rankings are revealed, one thing remains clear — THE TOP STILL FINDS ITS WAY HOME TO TOPRANK. THE UNDISPUTED AND TRUE HOME OF THE TOPNOTCHERS.
