The official results of the Special Program in Mathematics (SPM) Written Examination are now posted in front of the Guidance Office, Gabaldon Building and STE Compound.

Please note: In compliance with Regional Memorandum No. 588, s. 2024, the results are not available on the school's official page.
Grade 7 SPM qualifiers may now confirm their slots and proceed with enrollment on May 25, 2026 onwards at the INNHS Main Campus.

To complete the process, please submit the required documents inside a long brown envelope clearly labeled with the Student's Name, "Grade 7 SPM," and Contact Number.
1. Original School Form 9 (SF9) – Learner’s Progress Report
2. Original Good Moral Certificate
3. Photocopy of PSA/NSO – issued Birth Certificate
4. Two pieces 2x2 recent ID picture with name tag in white

5. Accomplished Enrollment Form*
6. Accomplished SPM Student’s Cumulative Record*
7. Accomplished Medical & Dental Forms*
*to be given by the enrolling officer

Failure to confirm enrollment on the specified dates will result in forfeiture of the slot, which will then be given to the next eligible applicant based on ranking.

PHASE 2 WRITTEN EXAMINATION (FINAL SCREENING EXAM)

Please be informed that the Phase 2 Written Examination (Final Screening Exam) for Grade 7 STE and SPM applicants for SY 2026–2027 has been rescheduled from May 6, 2026 (Wednesday) to May 18, 2026 (Monday).

The exam will be conducted at 7:30 AM at the INNHS Science Compound, Laoag City.

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS OF SHORTLISTED APPLICANTS FOR THE PHASE 2 WRITTEN EXAMINATION (FINAL SCREENING EXAM) OF GRADE 7 SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING (STE) PROGRAM FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR 2026-2027

PHASE 2 WRITTEN EXAMINATION (FINAL SCREENING EXAM)
Date: May 6, 2026 (Wednesday)
Time: 7:30 AM
Venue: STE Building, Science Compound, INNHS, Laoag City

The exam will be administered by the Schools Division Office of Laoag City through the Division Science/Math Supervisors and the Division Testing Coordinator.

The following Grade 7 entrants are the shortlisted applicants for the STE Program, SY 2026-2027 after successfully meeting the grade requirements and passing the Phase 1 Preliminary Elimination: First Screening Exam and Interview held on April 22 and 27-28, 2026, respectively at INNHS, Laoag City.

Shortlisted examinees are required to bring their #2 pencils, sharpener, eraser, and snacks. They have to be at the venue, 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

Cellphones, calculators, smart watches, head set, head phones, and other digital computing devices are NOT ALLOWED during the exam.

Shortlisted applicants for the STE Program who also applied for the Special Program in Mathematics (SPM) will only take the exam ONCE. Their scores will be forwarded to the SPM Head Teacher Coordinator for the final ranking of the SPM applicants.

Shortlisted applicants who have taken the exam earlier than May 6, 2026, for other STE or SPM-implementing schools are NOT ALLOWED TO RETAKE the exam. They must secure a certification of their obtained scores, duly signed by the school head where they took the exam. This certification must be submitted to the INNHS Principal’s Office no later than May 6, 2026, 12:00 noon. Failure to submit the certification will result in non-inclusion in the final ranking of the STE applicants.
