Ellysa T. Mandac and Jhalea T. Ancheta proudly take home the bronze medal in the Elementary Girls Doubles Badminton at the R1AA Meet 2026, held in Candon City, Ilocos Sur last April 5–11. Representing the Division of Laoag City, the duo showcased exceptional teamwork, discipline, and determination on the court, rising among the region’s best and securing a well-deserved 3rd place finish.

Little Learners Shine ✨

Last March 16, our Kindergarten learners lit up the day as DGRRMES celebrated KIDDO 2026! 🎉

They showcased their talents and creativity through exciting activities such as the singing contest, draw and tell contest, and reading and numeracy contest. The celebration was made even more meaningful as they shared meals lovingly prepared by their parents—truly a day filled with joy, learning, and togetherness. 💙🤍

RafaleShines at Regionals! ✨️

DGRRMES proudly congratulates its very own Gabrielle C. Cainguutan and Lacen Angel S. Bagaoisan for winning 2nd Place in the Techno Fusion Contest during the Regional Festival of Talents held at Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trades on March 4, 2026.

They proudly represented the Division of Laoag City during the said contest, showcasing excellence, innovation, and true Rafalesian talent.

Congratulations as well to their supportive coach, Mrs. Julia Brigida L. Molina, and to our School Principal, Mr. Crisanto R. Oroceo, for their guidance and leadership.

SELG and YES-O Officers Take Oath

On February 23, 2026, the newly elected SELG and YES-O officers officially took their oath during the Oath Taking and Turn Over Ceremony.

The induction was led by Hon. Henry Ancheta, Barangay Captain of Brgy. 59-B Dibua North Laoag City. The ceremony also highlighted the symbolic turn over of leadership and the recognition of outgoing officers for their dedicated service.

The new set of officers is now ready to lead and serve the school community.

Dalire and De Guzman Represent School in DFOT STEMAzing

Laoag City, Ilocos Norte — Ace D. Dalire and Jasmine Clarisse De Guzman proudly represented the school in the STEMAzing category of the Division Festival of Talents (DFOT) held at Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trades.

The pair competed alongside other talented learners from across the division and successfully reached Station 6 out of the seven challenging stations in the competition. The event tested participants’ knowledge, skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in various STEM-related tasks.

Bagaoisan and Cainguitan Win DFOT Title; Advance to Regional Level

Laoag City, Ilocos Norte — Lacen Angel Bagaoisan and Gabrielle Cainguitan were named Champions in the recently concluded Division Festival of Talents (DFOT) held at Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trades.

With only one week of preparation, the two learners gave an excellent performance and earned the top award. Their victory also secured their place in the upcoming Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT).

Their coach, Mrs. Julia Brigida Molina, guided and trained them well. School Head Mr. Crisanto Oroceo also gave his full support and encouragement. The school is proud of their success and wishes them the best as they compete at the regional level.
