Governor Cecilia Araneta-Marcos has declared the suspension of classes at all levels in both public and private schools throughout the Province of Ilocos Norte tomorrow, August 10, 2026, due to heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).
We encourage all students and families to stay safe, remain indoors when possible, avoid unnecessary travel, and continue monitoring official weather updates.

took part today in the official Grand Opening Parade of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, marking the start of the city’s week-long celebration of the Filipino youth.

CSC officers marched alongside youth leaders and student delegates from across Laoag City, demonstrating solidarity and collective pride as they honored the vital role, voices, and promise of the younger generation.
