𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝟭𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗖 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 and 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗢𝗔 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

The 5th Regional 1 Teacher Education Academic Council (R1TEAC) Convergence and Ceremonial Internship MOA Signing was held on August 19–20, 2026 at NEAP Region 1, San Fernando, La Union.

The gathering brought together teacher education leaders for networking, collaboration, sharing of best practices, strengthening institutional partnerships, and leadership development.

Among the highlights were the appointment of Dr. Juan Jobelle Acosta as a Member of the R1TEAC Board of Trustees following his term as PRO, and the election of Prof. Nathaniel de Guzman as R1TEAC Business Manager.

The Ceremonial Internship MOA Signing further strengthened collaborative partnerships among participating teacher education institutions, supporting meaningful and quality internship experiences for future educators.
