More than simply stepping into a position, they are stepping into an opportunity to listen, deliberate, legislate, and lead. Through the passage of ordinances, parliamentary sessions, and meaningful engagements with local government, they will experience what it means to turn ideas into action and represent the voices of the youth.

Throughout August, these young leaders will take part in sessions, parliamentary proceedings, programs, activities, and community events alongside their respective counterparts, gaining firsthand experience in governance, public service, policy-making, and youth participation.

An oath is more than a ceremonial tradition, it is a promise. A promise to listen before leading, to choose service over recognition, and to create opportunities that empower others. Beyond the badges, certificates, and positions lies the true essence of leadership: the willingness to be accountable, to inspire through action, and to leave every community better than it was found.

We often hear the saying, "๐˜›๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ช๐˜ด ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ '๐˜' ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ ๐˜ต๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ฎ." While simple, its message remains timeless: no meaningful achievement is accomplished alone. Leadership flourishes when diverse voices unite behind a common purpose, when individual strengths become collective success, and when service takes precedence over self. Every officer may represent a different organization, but together, they form one community, working not for personal recognition, but for the growth and welfare of every Saviourite.

As a new academic year unfolds, may this induction serve not as the culmination of achievement, but as the first chapter of purposeful service. May every initiative strengthen the school community, every challenge become an opportunity for growth, and every success reflect the collective dedication of leaders who understand that the greatest impact is never made by one person alone; it is built by a team united by a shared vision.

Our Saviourโ€™s Foundation, Inc. actively participated in the provincewide earthquake drill on July 30, 2026, reinforcing the schoolโ€™s commitment to disaster preparedness and the safety of its learners and personnel.

Headed by the School Head, the activity involved students from the Elementary and High School Departments, faculty members, non-teaching staff, and school personnel. The drill aimed to strengthen awareness and ensure that everyone is prepared to respond appropriately during an actual earthquake.

At the sound of the alarm, students immediately performed the standard โ€œDuck, Cover, and Holdโ€ procedure while inside their classrooms. After the shaking simulation, teachers safely guided their classes through the designated evacuation routes toward the schoolโ€™s open assembly area. Once gathered, advisers conducted a headcount to ensure that all learners were safely accounted for.

Meanwhile, members of the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Team, together with the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) and Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) officers, assisted in maintaining order and reminding students to remain calm throughout the activity.

Furthermore, Teacher Christalette Jew Ortal emphasized the importance of following proper earthquake safety procedures. She reminded the learners,
