𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨. 𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙮. 𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢.

Guess who took them all..

A name we’ve heard across classrooms, stages, sessions, competitions, and the scary “Guys, please deadline na” reminders.

𝗥𝗮𝘀 became more than the person signing documents or leading the student body. She became part of the little stories we’ll tell, the iconic queen, the corny jokes, the face card of the century, and Ahtisa Manalo?

And maybe that's what makes a name meaningful, not how many times it is announced, but how many hearts remember hearing it.

So today, we celebrate the girl behind the name, the Ate behind the leadership, and the person behind all the moments.

𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗥𝗮𝘀!

May you keep growing, keep laughing, keep arguing, and keep being the wonderfully humble person you are. Because crowns get passed on, positions change, and chapters turn, but the name “Ras” will always have left something behind.

𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘆𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲 9, 2026 | 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝗸𝗮

Congratulations to our Saviourites who have been selected to serve as 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 for 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 2026, through the youth leadership initiatives of the City Government of Laoag and the Province of Ilocos Norte, in partnership with their respective Sangguniang Kabataan and Youth Development Offices.

More than simply stepping into a position, they are stepping into an opportunity to listen, deliberate, legislate, and lead. Through the passage of ordinances, parliamentary sessions, and meaningful engagements with local government, they will experience what it means to turn ideas into action and represent the voices of the youth.

Throughout August, these young leaders will take part in sessions, parliamentary proceedings, programs, activities, and community events alongside their respective counterparts, gaining firsthand experience in governance, public service, policy-making, and youth participation.
