As part of the Freshmen and Transferees Orientation Program for Academic Year 2026โ2027, DCCP-Laoag also conducted a Parents' Orientation to strengthen the partnership between the institution and the families of its newest students.
Parents were oriented on essential school policies and student support services. Ms. Cherry Joy Miguel-Tadeo, College Registrar, discussed enrollment policies, adding and dropping of subjects, and unofficial dropping. Ms. Dyryl De Jesus (morning session) and Mr. Dante Develos (afternoon session) introduced the Guidance Office's services and emphasized its role in supporting students throughout their academic journey. Mr. Danilo T. Dumlao, Acting Administrator and Head of Student Affairs, presented the academic calendar, student services, scholarship opportunities, and AXA student insurance.
The morning session was hosted by Ms. Paula Molave, while the afternoon session was facilitated by Dr. Madelyn Estrada-Rabina, serving as the program masters who guided the flow of the orientation.
Through this meaningful gathering, DCCP-Laoag reaffirmed its commitment to keeping parents informed and involved as partners in their children's success.

LOOK | DAY 2: Freshmen and Transferees Orientation for AY 2026โ2027
The Data Center College of the Philippines โ Laoag Campus successfully conducted the second day of its Freshmen and Transferees Orientation Program, welcoming another batch of incoming students as they begin their college journey.
The orientation was held in two sessions: ๐
Morning Session โ Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) ๐ Afternoon Session โ Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BS Crim)
Students were introduced to essential academic policies, enrollment procedures, scholarships, the Academic Year Calendar, student services, and the AXA Student Insurance Program through discussions led by Ms. Cherry Joy Miguel-Tadeo, Ms. Dyryl De Jesus (Morning Session), Sir Dante Develos (Afternoon Session), and Mr. Danilo T. Dumlao.
Adding excitement to the event, selected students showcased their talents, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere while fostering camaraderie among their fellow freshmen.
