South of the River Taekwondo Club Year-End Celebration is filled with both gratitude and emotion. Despite the pain of losing one of our beloved jin, we chose to come together as one family—to remember, to honor, and to continue moving forward with strength and unity.

This gathering is a reminder that Taekwondo is more than training and competitions; it is a bond built on respect, discipline, and shared struggles. Our fallen jin will always remain in our hearts and will forever be part of our journey.

We thank God for giving us the strength to celebrate even in difficult times, and we extend our deepest gratitude to the parents whose unwavering support made this celebration possible. This moment is for everyone who continues to stand with us—past, present, and always.

As we welcome 2026, we pray for strength to overcome every challenge, healing for every heart, and victories not only in competitions, but in life. May this coming year guide us forward with faith, unity, and renewed purpose.

The South of the River Taekwondo Training Center extends our deepest condolences to the family of our beloved and joyful jin, Princess Niña Selina Bartolome. ✝️

Words cannot express the pain and sorrow we feel at this moment. We are truly at a loss for words as our hearts grieve this great loss. Selina was more than just a member of our team—she was a source of light, laughter, and endless energy. Her happy-go-lucky spirit, her infectious laughter, and even the noise that echoed through all four corners of our gym brought warmth and happiness to everyone around her.

We are grateful for every moment we shared with her—the smiles, the laughter, the hard work during training, and the joy she freely gave to our team. Selina had a special way of making every training session brighter simply by being herself.

As we mourn her passing, we humbly ask everyone for your prayers for Selina and for comfort and strength for her family during this difficult time. Though she may no longer be physically with us, her memory, her laughter, and her spirit will forever remain in our hearts.

Thank you, Selina, for all the love, happiness, and beautiful memories you shared with us. You will always be remembered, deeply missed, and forever part of our team. 🥋
