Leadership begins at the grassroots.

The Second Year Bachelor of Arts in Political Science students of Northwestern University participated in the Pilot Testing of the Grassroots Leadership Training for Youth Leaders (CY 2026) organized by the National Youth Commission.

Through immersive sessions on Bridging Leadership, co-creation, collaborative governance, and youth development, our students strengthened their capacity to lead with empathy, build partnerships, and create meaningful change in their communities.

As future public servants, policymakers, and leaders, they continue to prove that transformative leadership starts not at the top, but at the grassroots.
