In line with the Memorandum of Agreement between TESDA and Land Bank of the Philippines, all scholars/beneficiaries are required to open a LANDBANK PISO or PISO Plus Account for the smooth and secure crediting of your Training Support Fund (TSF), allowances, and other benefits.

✍️ This initiative is strengthened through the MOA signed by TESDA Director General Secretary Kiko Benitez, ensuring a faster, transparent, and efficient distribution of financial assistance to all scholars nationwide.

🔑 IMPORTANT DETAILS FROM THE MOA:

✔️ Covers all TESDA scholars/beneficiaries under programs such as TWSP, PESFA, STEP, Tulong Trabaho, and more
✔️ Uses LANDBANK’s ATM Payroll / Batch Credit Facility for direct crediting
✔️ Scholars must be unbanked / NO EXISTING LANDBANK ACCOUNT
✔️ Account opening requires:
• Valid ID or TESDA Endorsement Letter
✔️ For 18 years old and above: may open via Mobile Banking App
✔️ For below 18 years old: In-Trust-For (ITF) account with parent/guardian is recommended
✔️ Initial account card is FREE of charge
✔️ Maximum balance limit: ₱50,000 (PISO/PISO Plus)

Barbers Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- With at least (3) years of barbering experience, expert in haircutting, hairstyling and grooming techniques
- With excellent customer service
- Barbering Certification is an advantage

Nail Technicians Qualifications:
- Female
- With at least (2) years of experience in nails and hair-related grooming services
- With excellent customer service
- Any related certification is an advantage

We are now accepting early registration for our future trainees/ scholars in BARBERING NC II.

Interested applicants must be:
1. Filipino citizens who are at least fifteen (15) years of age;
2. Not presently enrolled and studying in any educational institution;
3. Completed 10-yr basic education;
4. High School or ALS Graduate;
5. The family's annual income does not exceed 300,000.

Primary Requirements:
- Birth Certificate/ Valid ID
- Brgy. Certificate/ Brgy. Certificate of Indigency

Benefits:
1. Free Training Fee/ Free Tuition Fee
2. Free Competency Assessment Fee
3. Daily Allowance
