The Northwestern University Educational Resource Center (NWUERC) actively participated in the Campus-wide Simultaneous Orientation held on August 3, 4, 5, 7, 11, and 15, 2026, warmly welcoming new and returning students, including those from the Graduate School students and Juris Doctor Program, as they embark on another exciting academic year.

During the orientation, students were introduced to NWUERC’s wide range of services, facilities, resources, and programs designed to support their learning, research, and academic success. Through the Library Orientation, students also learned how to effectively access and maximize the library’s print and electronic resources, facilities, and research services.

From discovering valuable information resources to exploring spaces designed for learning, collaboration, research, and innovation, NWUERC is ready to be your partner in learning, research, and knowledge discovery!

With the theme "𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞-𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞," the Northwestern University Educational Resource Center (NWUERC) conducted its annual technological training, "Google Workspace: Opportunities for Enhancing Library Services – Part 2," on July 23, 2026, at the Main Library.

The training enhanced the digital skills of library personnel through practical applications of Google Workspace and AI-powered tools, focusing on:
