ExP Group Philippines proudly congratulates Geniel Lagpey on successfully passing the ACCA FIA Business and Technology (BT) examination on September 23, 2026, at the San Beda University - Manila ACCA CBE Centre!

Geniel’s academic journey reflects a willingness to explore, adapt, and pursue new opportunities. He graduated Senior High School from STAR Colleges, Inc., studied Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) at the University of Baguio, and later shifted to Computer Science at the University of the Cordilleras.

Now, he is opening another door through the ACCA qualification—demonstrating that your career journey does not have to follow a straight path to lead somewhere meaningful.

Reflecting on his ACCA experience, Geniel shared:

Building the Future of Integrated Agriculture at Sofia Farm

Another productive step forward for Sofia Farm Enterprise Development Corporation as we welcomed the team from DA-Philippine Carabao Center at MMSU led by Director Joel JF Cabading, together with aquaponics expert Sir JC Cabading, for a meaningful discussion and farm ocular.

The discussions focused on potential collaboration between PCC@MMSU and Sofia Farm in developing integrated carabao-based livestock enterprises, particularly in:
-Carabao production — fattening, breeder/meat, and dairy
-Forage development to support sustainable livestock farms and enterprises
-Technical and skills training for livestock production
-Development of marketable carabao meat and milk-based products
-Design and development of aquaponics, hydroponics, and greenhouse systems

The PCC@MMSU team also conducted an ocular inspection of Sofia Farm, including the Training and Research & Development Facility, which is now under construction and nearing completion.

These facilities will form an important part of Sofia Farm's vision of creating a practical learning, research, innovation, and agribusiness ecosystem where farmers, students, researchers, and aspiring agripreneurs can learn, experiment, develop products, and build sustainable enterprises.

We are excited about the possibilities that this collaboration can bring—not only in livestock and dairy development, but also in integrating aquaculture, protected agriculture, hydroponics, and sustainable farm systems into a holistic agricultural enterprise model.

Our sincere appreciation to Director Joel JF Cabading, Sir JC Cabading, and the PCC@MMSU team for sharing their expertise and exploring meaningful opportunities for collaboration.

Congratulations, Sicily Khallex Obra! 🎉🇵🇭

ExP Group Philippines proudly congratulate Sicily Obra for successfully passing the ACCA Foundations in Accountancy (FIA) – Business and Technology (BT) examination on September 2, 2026, at the San Beda University - Manila ACCA CBE Centre!

Her achievement is even more inspiring because of the challenges she had to overcome before finally taking the exam. Her examination schedule was affected by registration issues, bad weather and flooding that led to the suspension of classes and work, and even system downtime. Yet, Sicily remained determined and never gave up.

And that determination paid off—passing BT in her first attempt!

A graduate of Lauis National Highschool in Candelaria, Zambales, Sicily was an STE student during Junior High School and pursued HUMSS during Senior High School. A passionate reader of innovative research, she also enjoyed creating research projects of her own and was a campus journalist from elementary school through high school.

Her ACCA dream is equally inspiring: to take accountancy to the global stage, work as an accountant in different countries, travel the world, and give back to the people who supported her journey.

Sicily shares:
