In support of the community program “𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧: 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧, 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐰𝐚, 𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐛𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐲𝐚 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐈𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐚 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐚”, the Grade 11 Class Organization of Ilocos Norte National High School actively participated in the Coastal Clean-Up, Gift-Giving, and Feeding Program held on February 28, 2026, at Barangay Balaoi, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte 🌊🌱.

The activity was spearheaded by the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗜𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗼𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲, in coordination with the 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗯-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗱𝗽𝘂𝗱 and the 𝟳𝟬𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗻, 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗔𝘂𝘅𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿𝘆 (𝐏𝐂𝐆𝐀) 🚢, under the Intensified Community Assistance, Awareness, Response and Enforcement (𝐢𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄) Program. The initiative aimed to promote environmental protection, community welfare, and collective advocacy against illegal drugs 🌍🤝🚫💊.

From the coastal clean-up drive along Balaoi Coastal Area 🧹🏖️ to the gift-giving and feeding program for the 194 pupils of Gamaban Elementary School, the Grade 11 Class Organization proudly took part in fostering environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and meaningful service to the community 🩷🌿.
