The National YES Alumni Leadership Training, held from August 8–11, gathers 60 representatives from the YES Alumni Association in the Philippines (YAAP) for a dynamic and purposeful workshop centered on strategic planning, leadership development and transition, project management, team-building, and meaningful community engagement. This event serves as an important opportunity for our alumni network to explore how we can continue our mission—even in the absence of dedicated alumni programming funds. More than just a training, it’s a space to co-create lasting systems, sustain programs, and empower one another through collective action.

This upcoming Leadership Training Event is all about building leaders who don’t just speak of change but sustain it through consistent, community-driven efforts.
