โOn September 12, 2026, the Youth Summit was held at the Don Gregorio Tabayoyong Civic Center at 7:30 AM. The event was spearheaded by the Local Government Unit (LGU) and the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of Laoac, Pangasinan.

โThe program began with the preliminaries, followed by inspiring messages from Municipal Councilors Hon. Glaiza Mae O. Collado, Hon. Ruben L. Allado, Hon. Desiree Genine N. Balderas, Hon. Yolanda S. Rufo, Hon. Peiry Velasco, Hon. Vice Mayor Capt. Jose Benedict E. Lopena, and Hon. Ricardo Kelvin B. Balderas. Their messages encouraged the youth to recognize their capabilities, responsibilities, and important role in the community.

โThe event also became more engaging with the presence of the special guest speaker and Learning Source Provider, Mr. Rico Emmanuel A. Pineda. Through the scenarios and insights he shared, the participants were encouraged to make wise decisions and think carefully about the possible consequences of their choices. His discussion emphasized the importance of making responsible decisions for the sake of our future.

โIn the afternoon, the Battle of Talents commenced, providing the youth with an opportunity to showcase their skills, creativity, and confidence. The activity highlighted the talents of young individuals and demonstrated that the youth can make a meaningful impact through their abilities and active participation.

โLaoac National High School proudly celebrated its achievements in the competition, securing 2nd Place in Contemporary Dance, 3rd Place in Choir, and 4th Place for the Elysian and Aether IV Band. These accomplishments reflected the dedication, teamwork, and determination of the participating learners who proudly represented the school.

โOverall, the Youth Summit was a meaningful and memorable event that brought together young individuals to learn, share their talents, and develop a stronger sense of responsibility toward their community.
