𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐎 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒’ 𝐎𝐑𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐙𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 -𝐈𝐅𝐒𝐔 𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐔𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒❤️

As we begin A.Y. 2026–2027, every member is encouraged to take time to read, understand, and uphold our organization’s Constitution and By-Laws.

📌 ARTICLE IV – MEMBERSHIP

Section 1. Qualifications of a Member:

Members are those students who are bona fide residents of Quirino Province.
Any college student residing in Ifugao whose birthplace is Quirino and who has no derogatory records in other organizations or in the College may become a member.
The student must be currently enrolled at Ifugao State University, Lamut Campus.

Section 2. Membership Fee:
A ₱50.00 membership fee shall be collected by the Finance Officer from each QSO member as a requirement for official recognition and inclusion in the organization for the entire academic year.

📌 ARTICLE V – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF OFFICERS AND MEMBERS

Section 1. Duties of Officers:

Adopt its own rules;
Organize, coordinate, and direct organizational activities for the welfare of the organization and its members;

Represent the organization in student activities whenever representation is needed;
Participate actively in all activities and affairs of the organization;

Safeguard the name and integrity of the organization;
Be liable for every task assigned by the Executive Board;

Failure to attend meetings shall incur a ₱30.00 fine, except during medical emergencies and other valid reasons. Proxies are not allowed; and

Every elected officer shall hold an active position in only one (1) student organization during their term of office to ensure commitment and effective performance of their duties.

Section 2. Duties of Members:

Participate actively in all activities and affairs of the organization;
Any member who fails to attend a general meeting without a valid reason shall be subject to a ₱30.00 fine; and
Uphold and protect the name, honor, and integrity of the organization.

These provisions serve as our guide in maintaining discipline, accountability, commitment, and unity within the organization. ❤️🧡

A new academic year, a new chapter, and new opportunities to serve! ✨

The Quirino Students Organization officially held its First General Assembly for A.Y. 2026–2027, bringing together student leaders and members for an afternoon of connection, collaboration, and shared purpose.

The assembly featured the presentation of the Constitution and By-Laws (CBL), the organization’s future plans, and the election of vacant positions, setting a clear direction for the year ahead.

More than just plans on paper, these serve as our commitment to strengthen unity, leadership, service, and representation among Quirinian Students. Through collective efforts and dedicated student leaders, we look forward to a meaningful and impactful academic year ahead. 🧡

The Provincial Engineering Office, headed by Engr. Russell Lozano, together with Sir Jun Vincent Alay-ay, Youth Development Focal Person, visited the Quirino Students' Organization – IFSU Lamut Chapter.

The visit served as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration, connect with student leaders, and reaffirm the Province's continued support for the welfare and educational aspirations of Quirinian students.

In view of Memorandum Circular No. 122 issued by Malacañang, suspending work in government offices and classes at all levels in Ifugao due to the continued heavy rainfall brought by Tropical Storm Maymay and the Southwest Monsoon, all classes and work in all campuses of Ifugao State University are suspended today, August 6, 2026.
