Strengthening the Game, Empowering the Officials-
The Department of Sports Development, in partnership with the Basketball Association of the Philippines- Ifugao Chapter, successfully concluded its 2-day Seminar on Basketball Officiating and Licensing at Ifugao State University- Lamut Campus.
