Bayanihan in Full Force: PNP-SAF, Army Reserves, and Parents Unite for Alupapan IS Brigada Eskwela Day 3
Alupapan IS intensified its school preparation efforts as the elite Special Action Force (SAF) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and military units joined forces with parents for the third day of Brigada Eskwela on June 3, 2026.
Personnel from the 115th Special Action Company (115SAC) and 11th Special Action Battalion (11SAB) PNP-SAF, alongside the 1404th Community Defense Center (1404 CDC), 14th Regional Community Defense Group (14RCDG), Ready Reserve Component, Philippine Army (RCPA), and the IFSU ROTC Unit, provided critical manpower for heavy construction and maintenance tasks.
The uniformed personnel and student cadets had undertaken major physical upgrades, including the construction of a new school catwalk and pavement, connecting the gymnasium and grade 10 classroom. The teams also spearheaded the heavy excavation of a septic tank, repainted classrooms, and mowed the school grounds to ensure a clean, unobstructed environment for the upcoming school year.
Meanwhile, teachers and staffs, and other stakeholders drove the beautification and sanitization efforts. Working across the school premises, they weeded flower boxes, cleared overgrown landscaping, and cleaned classroom electric fans. Stakeholders also worked together with the volunteers to repaint school chairs and classroom walls, renewing the ambiance of the learning environment. The united effort highlights the spirit of bayanihan, bringing together state security forces, future military leaders, and dedicated families to guarantee a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for the students of Alupapan Integrated School.
