LOOK|| LamNaHS Hosted the 1st Lambayong Municipal-wide YES-O Camp 2024

The Lambayong NHS hosted the very 1st Municipal-wide YES-O Camp 2024 cm National Earth day Celebration on May 11-12, 2024 with a theme "Planet vs. Plastics."

The main objective of this camp is to promote environmental awareness, education, and sustainable practices among young learners. It aims to inspire participants to become proactive advocates for environmental protection and conservation through interactive workshops, outdoor activities, and community engagement initiatives.

Gratitude to the dedicated backbones, our SK Division SDS, Dr. Crispin A. Soliven Jr., CESE, ASDS Dr. Meilrose Peralta, to our School Principal, Sultan Haron M. Kabugatan, to ever supportive Asst. EYES HERE || BIN OF FORTUNE IS a BIN WITH A TWIST of LAMBAYONG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Plastic bottles and other plastic wastes were one of the big threats to our mother earth. With this, the Youth for Environment in Schools- Organization of LamNaHS has initiated a bin with a twist different from any other bin that will help encourage every student to throw their used and found bottles properly for solid waste management regulation called BIN OF FORTUNE.

BIN OF FORTUNE was created to address and regulates the number of plastic bottles scattered within the school vicinity of Lambayong National High School for reuse and recycle.

WHAT IS UNIQUE ON THIS BIN?
Ang Bin na ito ay pwede mong paikot -ikotin at paglaruan muna bago ka magtapon ng iyong bottles hindi yung ikaw nalang lagi pinapaikot at pinaglalaruan ✌️

WHAT IS EXCITING ON THIS BIN OF FORTUNE?
This Bin brings good luck to everyone. There's something reward awaits you by just throwing your bottles accordingly. This also trains every individual and strengthens our hands to work collaboratively in educating the young.

Throwing your garbage properly is one way of combating global warming and by this, we can help protect our mother nature and save posterity. So throw your plastic bottles properly and wait for your reward.

The Lambayong NHS YES-Organization has a total of P 2,920 monetary donations solicited from friends and facebook friends for the bereaved family of the three killed teenagers in Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat. In lieu with this, we are glad to inform you that our little yet from the heart donations was already and fairly distributed to the family of the said teenagers. In behalf of the YES-Officers, we would like to extend our thanks to our donors for extending their hands. Indeed, virtual platform has a huge impact if manipulated accordingly. We coexist in this earth so let's always open our palms in times of adversities in helping one another.
