As Girl Scout Week 2026 comes to an end, the girls gathered at Christ the King Catholic Church for a meaningful Thanksgiving Day. It was a special time to pause, reflect, and give thanks for the blessings, lessons, and unforgettable memories shared throughout the week. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโœจ

From exciting activities and moments of service to laughter, teamwork, and friendship, every experience made this yearโ€™s celebration truly memorable. With grateful hearts, the girls offered their prayers and thanksgiving for everyone who supported and helped make the week a success.

Today, the Lala National High School Girl Scouts come together to honor the life, courage, and legacy of Josefa Llanes Escodaโ€”a woman whose dedication to service, leadership, and love for others continues to inspire generations of Girl Scouts.

Through candle lighting, tribute songs, flowers, and offerings, we remember not only the woman she was, but also the values she stood for: service, compassion, courage, and leadership. ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ๐ŸŒท

May her legacy continue to guide every Girl Scout to serve with a willing heart and lead with purpose.
