The College of Business Administration successfully celebrated its annual CBA Fiesta in honor of its patron saint, St. Matthew.
The celebration commenced with a Holy Mass dedicated to St. Matthew. The homily highlighted the life and transformation of St. Matthew โ from a tax collector to an apostle โ serving as a model of integrity, purpose, and faith for every BSBA student. We extend our sincere gratitude to our officiating priest for imparting meaningful reflections that inspire us to embody the values of St. Matthew in our academic and professional lives.
The program continued with the Awarding of Certificates to the participants of Nutrition Month and Buwan ng Wika, and to the Deanโs Listers for the 2nd Semester, S.Y. 2025-2026. We congratulate all the awardees for their exemplary achievements and dedication.
The celebration was further enlivened by intermission presentations from each year level, showcasing the talent, creativity, and unity of our CBA students.
In the spirit of a true fiesta, a communal lunch was shared among students, faculty, and administrators, where everyone partook in the food prepared by each group. The festive atmosphere was complemented by the well-crafted designs and decorations prepared by the JBEA officers, reflecting the vibrant spirit of a town fiesta.
Following the lunch, the program proceeded with the Grand Entrance of the Faculty and students from each year level, together with the Traditional Welcome and Acquaintance for our freshmen students โ a warm and meaningful welcome to the CBA family.
The day culminated in fun-filled parlor games that fostered camaraderie and provided students with a joyful respite from academic demands.
Above all, we express our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of this celebration โ to the CBA administration and instructors for their unwavering support and guidance, and to all students who actively participated and celebrated as one family.
Indeed, the CBA Department is more than just an academic unit โ it is a family bound by unity, faith, and excellence.
Happy Fiesta, CBA! Viva San Mateo!๐ค๐
