Congratulations to Ma’am Norma T. Paat and Ma’am Conchita P. Belen, our August Printer Recipients!

Through the School MOOE, two teachers are provided with printers every month to support them in the preparation of instructional materials, assessment tools, and other school-related documents.

The school continues to provide support to teachers and learners. A portion of the MOOE is allocated for printers, instructional materials, school supplies, and other essential resources needed for the smooth and effective operation of the school.

EBBES Showcases Creativity and Local Heritage at Cabibi Arts and Crafts Contest

LAL-LO, Cagayan — Creativity, culture, and environmental stewardship took the spotlight as elementary and secondary schools across the municipality participated in the Cabibi Arts and Crafts Showcase, one of the major highlights of the 44th Patronal Town Fiesta and 26th Cabibi Festival.

Representing Eduardo B. Batalla Elementary School (EBBES) was Alliyah Gabriella Ordioso, who gracefully showcased an elegant gown meticulously crafted from recyclable materials. The masterpiece featured artistic representations of Lal-lo's renowned local products and delicacies, including cabibi, bennek, unnuk, agurung, and mais, celebrating the municipality's rich cultural identity while promoting environmental sustainability.

The creation reflected the ingenuity, craftsmanship, and dedication of the EBBES team in transforming recyclable materials into a stunning work of art that highlighted the beauty of Lal-lo's heritage and the importance of protecting the environment.

Alliyah was expertly coached by Ma'am Conchita P. Belen, whose guidance and creativity helped bring the concept to life. The school's participation was made possible through the unwavering support and encouragement of School Head Ma'am Miriam R. Cruz, whose leadership continues to inspire excellence among learners and teachers.

ANNOUNCEMENT | Pursuant to Executive Order No. 42, Series of 2026, work in all government offices and in public and private establishments, and classes at all levels in public and private schools in the municipality of Lal-lo are suspended on August 4, 2026, in celebration of the 445th Patronal Town Fiesta and 26th Cabibi Festival.

However, this Order shall not apply to agencies/departments involved in health, emergency services, peace and order, disaster response, and other essential services that must remain operational to ensure public welfare and safety.
