📢 National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2026

Tboli Sbu Senior High School successfully conducted the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on June 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM.

This activity aimed to strengthen the preparedness, awareness, and response capabilities of students, teachers, and school personnel in the event of an earthquake. Through the proper practice of “Duck, Cover, and Hold” and orderly evacuation procedures, the school continues to promote a culture of safety and disaster resilience.

Together, let us remain vigilant, prepared, and committed to ensuring a safe learning environment for everyone.

June 8, 2026 – Tboli Sbu Senior High School officially opened School Year 2026–2027 with a flag ceremony when a 7.8-magnitude earthquake suddenly struck.

Amid the fear and uncertainty, our heartfelt gratitude goes to all the teachers and staffs who remained calm, stood strong, comforted the students, and never left their side. Your courage, dedication, and commitment to keeping our learners safe truly reflect the heart of an educator.

We also commend our strong and compassionate students who stayed beside their classmates, especially those who needed assistance. Your willingness to help, support, and look after one another during such a frightening moment is a true example of unity, kindness, and resilience.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to the barangay officials and rescue personnel who responded swiftly and assisted in ensuring the safety of everyone. Your prompt action, dedication, and service during this emergency helped protect lives and brought reassurance to our school community.

Together, we faced this challenge with courage, compassion, and unity. Thank you to our teachers, staffs, students and barangay officialsfor standing strong when it mattered most. 💙🙏🇵🇭
