On February 14, 2025, Maculan Elementary School successfully conducted its ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐

The session covered essential topics, including Human Behavior in Organizations and the Code of Ethics for Public Servants, providing educators and staff with an opportunity to reflect on their professional roles. This initiative aligns with PPST Domain 7: Personal Growth & Professional Development, reinforcing the importance of professionalism and ethical standards in public service.
Through this activity, the school fostered a shared understanding of professional conduct and institutional commitment, particularly in ensuring accountability and adherence to school operational standards. The engagement strengthened workplace dynamics, encouraging collaboration and a positive work environment among faculty and staff.
