From April 20 to May 02, 2026, UPECS conducted 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒-𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐗-𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, achieving a voter turnout of 54.6%.

PAGSUBAY 2026 UPDATE | As of 9:31 a.m. today, April 28, voter turnout has reached 36.55% as the 2026 UP Cebu University Student Council elections continue.

With polling still underway, students are urged to maximize the remaining time to participate by casting their votes online at http://halalan.upcebu.edu.ph or in person at the official polling precincts located at the TLRC, Admin Building, and Room 244 of the Arts and Sciences (AS) Building.

The Performing Arts Hall came alive as the Culmination Night of BioWeek 2026 unfolded—filled with energy, performances, and moments that lit up the stage from start to finish. ✨

From the dynamic Sayawan numbers to the show-stopping Mx. UPECS segments, every part of the program brought its own kind of excitement. The remaining Sayawan performances from Team Hydros and Team Photonic took the stage and delivered powerful routines that kept the momentum going. 💧⚡

The night reached its peak with the much-awaited coronation of Mx. UPECS 2026, proudly awarded to 𝙀𝙟𝙖𝙮 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙮 of the Wings of Mist: Hydros Division. 👑✨

1st Runner-up: 𝙁𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙖 𝙔𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙯 — Court of Blooms: Flora Division 🌸
2nd Runner-up: 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙖 𝘼𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤 — House of Fawn: Fauna Division 🐾
3rd Runner-up: 𝙏𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙎𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙤 — Order of Light: Photonic Division 🌟

Cheers echoed, lights dazzled, and the crowd stayed locked in as each team and candidate gave it their all. It was a night of celebration, talent, and unforgettable highlights—definitely one for the books.
