Please be advised that F-137s may be released to parents only if the requesting school has indicated that student may hand-carry the said document to them. This applies for all other requested documents.

Therefore all school-requested documents may be picked up only at Hope Christian Institute. Please look for our OIC. This is also to remind all parents of students who are already studying in other schools to follow up with your respective school registrars/principals for the request of documents, if any are required for the admission of your children.

Again, documents will be released only at HCI. For the information and guidance of everyone concerned.
