OFFICIAL ADVISORY: Guidelines on the Prescribed School Uniform

To all parents, guardians, and students,

As we prepare for a productive and successful school year, we would like to remind everyone about the importance of adhering to our school’s prescribed uniform policy.

Wearing the correct uniform is essential in fostering discipline, promoting equality, and ensuring the safety and security of all students inside the campus premises.

Important Reminders for Parents & Students:

Complete Uniform: Students are expected to wear the complete and official uniform on all designated days. Please ensure it follows the correct design, cut, and color prescribed by the school.

Neatness and Grooming: Uniforms should be kept clean, neat, and worn properly as a reflection of personal discipline and respect for the institution.

Identification: The school ID must always be worn alongside the uniform upon entering and while inside the campus.

We kindly ask for the cooperation of our dear parents and guardians in guiding and checking our students before they leave for school each morning.

Thank you for your continued partnership and support in maintaining a safe, orderly, and standard environment for our learners!

Standardized, unified, and ready for excellence!

Beginning the School Year with Purpose, Faith, and Commitment

Today, the faculty and staff of St. John Baptist High School gathered for our Year-Beginning Orientation, marking the start of another academic year filled with opportunities to learn, serve, and grow together.

The orientation provided a meaningful opportunity to revisit the rich history of our school, deepen our understanding of our Vision, Mission, and Goals, and reflect on the values that define us as an RVM educational institution. Participants were also guided through the Five Pillars of Mother Ignacia, the Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers, and the principles of RVM Pedagogy, all of which serve as foundations of our mission in forming competent, compassionate, and values-driven learners.

More than an orientation, the activity was a reminder of our shared responsibility as educators and staff to uphold excellence, integrity, faith, and service in everything we do. As we embark on a new school year, may we continue to work together in nurturing minds, touching hearts, and transforming lives.

Here's to a fruitful, meaningful, and grace-filled school year ahead!

Nourished in Faith, Renewed in Spirit

Today, all personnel of St. John the Baptist High School gathered for a meaningful Spiritual Talk, taking time to pause from our daily responsibilities and reflect on God's presence in our lives and mission as educators and staff.

The gathering provided an opportunity for prayer, reflection, and spiritual renewal, reminding us of the values that guide our work and relationships within the school community. Through the insights shared, we were encouraged to deepen our faith, strengthen our commitment to service, and continue becoming instruments of God's love in the lives of those we serve.

As we move forward in our respective roles, may we carry with us the lessons and inspiration gained from this spiritual encounter, allowing them to guide our actions and decisions each day.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this activity a meaningful experience. May we continue to grow together in faith, unity, and service.

Leadership begins with learning, service, and collaboration.

Last May 29, 2026, the Club Moderators of St. John the Baptist High School participated in the Club Moderators and Leadership Training Seminar-Workshop held at St. Mary's of Tagoloan.

The event brought together club moderators, organization advisers, and student leaders from various RVM schools, including St. Mary's Academy of Jasaan, St. Mary's of Talisayan, and the host school, St. Mary's of Tagoloan. Through engaging discussions, collaborative activities, and leadership-building sessions, participants gained valuable insights on effective leadership, teamwork, communication, and responsible stewardship.

The seminar served as a meaningful opportunity for both moderators and student leaders to strengthen their skills, share experiences, and build connections with fellow leaders from different schools. More importantly, it reminded everyone that true leadership is rooted in service, integrity, and a commitment to making a positive difference in the community.

Thank you to our host school, facilitators, and all participants for making this learning experience meaningful and inspiring. Together, we continue to form leaders who lead with competence, compassion, and Christ-centered values. 💙

Together, we move forward with excellence, commitment, and a shared vision for quality education.

✨ Empowering minds, strengthening hearts, and growing together ✨

Last May 19, 2026, the faculty and staff of St. John Baptist High School, together with fellow educators from St. Mary’s Academy of Jasaan, St. Mary’s of Talisayan, and our host school, St. Mary’s of Tagoloan, participated in a meaningful Personal Development and Behavioral Management Seminar.

We were honored to learn from Mrs. Stella Setier Ferrarez, RPM, Mental Health Consultant, whose valuable insights inspired us to better understand personal growth, behavioral management, and the importance of maintaining a healthy mindset in our journey as educators.

The seminar served as a reminder that learning does not end inside the classroom. As educators, we continue to grow, reflect, and improve ourselves so we can better guide and inspire the lives entrusted to us.

Together, we learn. Together, we grow. 💙
