The school officially conducted the first distribution of nutritious meals under the Department of Education’s School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP).

This initiative reflects DepEd’s commitment to addressing hunger and undernutrition among learners while promoting their health, well-being, school attendance, and readiness to learn.
By providing nutritious meals, the program helps create a supportive learning environment where children can participate actively and reach their full potential.

Pang-ot Primary School is committed to ensuring that every learner, parent, and stakeholder receives responsive, fair, and quality service from the school. We value transparency, professionalism, and respect in every transaction and interaction within our school community.

To support this commitment, the school provides its Citizen’s Charter as a guide for stakeholders who avail of school services. It contains essential information about the services available, the requirements to be submitted, the steps to be followed, the expected processing time, and the personnel responsible for each service.

The school also welcomes the feedback and experiences of our clients through the Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM). Their comments, suggestions, and assessments help us determine what we are doing well and what areas need further attention and improvement.

A big boost for our budding badminton players at Pang-ot Primary School! We are grateful to our Municipal Mayor for the generous donation of badminton equipment for our learners. This meaningful support provides our young athletes with the tools they need to discover, develop, and hone their skills in badminton.

More than just sports equipment, these donations open opportunities for our learners to build confidence, develop discipline, and learn the value of teamwork and sportsmanship. With proper guidance and practice, we hope to nurture their talents and encourage them to pursue their potential both on and off the court.

Thank you, Hon. Mayor, for investing in our learners and supporting the school’s efforts to promote sports and holistic development. Your generosity helps us create more opportunities for our learners to play, learn, and grow through sports.

In response to the inclement weather, Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) was implemented to ensure the continuity of learning while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our learners. Learning modules and appropriate learning tasks were provided to learners so they could continue their lessons at home despite the temporary disruption of face-to-face classes.
Once the situation improves and regular classes resume, the teacher will revisit and discuss the lessons covered through the modules to further strengthen learners’ understanding, clarify difficult concepts, and address any learning gaps. Through this approach, learning continues beyond the classroom—at home, at their own pace, and with the continued guidance and support of their parents and teachers.

In support to Executive Order No. 29, s. 2017, declaring the month of July as National Disaster Resilience Month with the theme, "Naghahanda at Kumikilos Tungo sa Panatag na Bagong Pilipinas," the learners, teachers, and staff of Pang-ot Primary School joined hands in a school-wide clean-up drive to help promote a safe, clean, and disaster-resilient learning environment.

This collective effort reflects our shared commitment to preparedness, environmental responsibility, and community resilience. By keeping our surroundings clean and hazard-free, we take meaningful steps toward ensuring a safer and healthier school for everyone.

Pang-ot Primary School Celebrates Nutrition Month 2026!

With the inspiring theme, "Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan," Pang-ot Primary School successfully celebrated Nutrition Month through meaningful and engaging activities that promoted healthy eating, environmental awareness, and active family participation.

The celebration aimed to help learners develop healthy nutrition habits, appreciate the value of locally available and nutritious food, strengthen their awareness of environmental conservation, and foster confidence, teamwork, and creativity through interactive activities.

Learners, together with their parents and guardians, actively participated in a lively Zumba Dance that showcased their energy, enthusiasm, and love for physical fitness. One of the highlights of the celebration was the Cook Festival, where parent-and-learner tandems prepared delicious and nutritious dishes featuring rabong (bamboo shoots) as the main ingredient.
This activity not only encouraged healthy eating but also promoted the use of sustainable and locally available food resources while strengthening family involvement in learning.
