FIRST GENERAL PTA ASSEMBLY FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2026–2027
The school successfully conducted its First General Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) Assembly on June 11, 2026, at 8:30 A.M. at the school gymnasium. The activity was attended by parents and guardians, school personnel, and PTA officers to discuss important school programs, policies, and plans for School Year 2026–2027.
During the assembly, Brigada Eskwela Coordinator Donadel A. Mangili presented the Brigada Eskwela Accomplishment Report, highlighting the volunteer efforts, repair works, cleaning activities, and beautification projects completed in preparation for the opening of classes.
School Head Leticia D. Buhulon presented the official list of donors who generously contributed materials, labor, and financial assistance during the Brigada Eskwela implementation. She acknowledged and expressed gratitude for their valuable support in improving school facilities and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for learners. She also discussed the provisions of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2026.
Meanwhile, Mdm. Daisy H. Mendigoria presented and explained the salient points of DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026, providing parents with important information regarding its implementation.
School policies concerning discipline, child protection, learner welfare, and other school regulations were discussed by Mdm. Irene B. Dugyon to ensure that parents and guardians are informed of their roles and responsibilities in supporting the school’s programs and maintaining a positive learning environment.
An Open Forum facilitated by School Head Leticia D. Buhulon followed, allowing parents and guardians to raise concerns, seek clarification, and provide feedback on school matters.
After the general assembly, Homeroom PTA Meetings were conducted in the respective classrooms, with class advisers facilitating discussions on class-specific concerns, plans, and activities for the school year.
The assembly concluded successfully with the active participation and cooperation of all stakeholders, reflecting their commitment to strengthening the partnership between the school and the community for the benefit of all learners.

With hearts full of gratitude, the entire community of Caba Elementary School extends our sincerest appreciation to all our partners and stakeholders who actively supported the successful conduct of Brigada Eskwela 2026 held on June 1–5, 2026.
Your unwavering commitment, generosity, and spirit of bayanihan truly made a meaningful difference in preparing our school for the incoming academic year.
We gratefully acknowledge the invaluable support of the Lagawe District Non-Teaching Personnel—School Heads, Administrative Officers (AOs), Project Development Officers (PDOs), Administrative Assistants (ADASes), and ALS Teachers, under the dynamic leadership of PSDS Vicente B. Buyuccan Jr. and EPS-Science Brenda A. Ducusin. Your guidance and active participation inspired us to work together toward a common goal.
Our heartfelt thanks also go to the Barangay Local Government Unit of Caba, headed by Hon. James M. Buhulon, for your constant support and partnership in ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for our learners.
To our ever-supportive Caba Elementary School PTA, led by Mr. Randy Bacali, your dedication and cooperation strengthened our collective efforts. We likewise express our deep gratitude to our OFWs, the Caba Women’s Organization, and our 4Ps families for the volunteer services you have wholeheartedly rendered.
Your kindness, time, effort, and resources have significantly contributed to the improvement of our school facilities and the readiness of our classrooms. Because of you, Brigada Eskwela 2026 has become a true reflection of unity, cooperation, and shared responsibility.
