FIRST GENERAL PTA ASSEMBLY FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2026–2027
The school successfully conducted its First General Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) Assembly on June 11, 2026, at 8:30 A.M. at the school gymnasium. The activity was attended by parents and guardians, school personnel, and PTA officers to discuss important school programs, policies, and plans for School Year 2026–2027.
During the assembly, Brigada Eskwela Coordinator Donadel A. Mangili presented the Brigada Eskwela Accomplishment Report, highlighting the volunteer efforts, repair works, cleaning activities, and beautification projects completed in preparation for the opening of classes.
School Head Leticia D. Buhulon presented the official list of donors who generously contributed materials, labor, and financial assistance during the Brigada Eskwela implementation. She acknowledged and expressed gratitude for their valuable support in improving school facilities and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for learners. She also discussed the provisions of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2026.
Meanwhile, Mdm. Daisy H. Mendigoria presented and explained the salient points of DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026, providing parents with important information regarding its implementation.
School policies concerning discipline, child protection, learner welfare, and other school regulations were discussed by Mdm. Irene B. Dugyon to ensure that parents and guardians are informed of their roles and responsibilities in supporting the school’s programs and maintaining a positive learning environment.
An Open Forum facilitated by School Head Leticia D. Buhulon followed, allowing parents and guardians to raise concerns, seek clarification, and provide feedback on school matters.
After the general assembly, Homeroom PTA Meetings were conducted in the respective classrooms, with class advisers facilitating discussions on class-specific concerns, plans, and activities for the school year.
The assembly concluded successfully with the active participation and cooperation of all stakeholders, reflecting their commitment to strengthening the partnership between the school and the community for the benefit of all learners.
