|| WATER IS BACK AT PACOC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL💧

For many months, Pacoc Elementary School faced a big challenge.
We did not have water.

The spring where we get our water supply dried up because of the extreme heat.
Day after day, our students, teachers, and staff had to find ways to manage without running water.
It was not easy.
We struggled with washing hands, cleaning classrooms, and even with our daily drinking needs.
But even in that dry season, we never lost hope.

Now, the rains have finally come.
And with the rain, our spring came back to life.
Water is flowing again.
Today, we have water in our faucets once more.
Our students can now use water for drinking, washing, and keeping our school clean and healthy.

This blessing would not have been possible without the help and unity of many people.

Our heartfelt thanks to:
Kagawad Hilario De Aro, who personally went to the mountains to check the main source of our water. Thank you for your effort, your time, and for being the bridge that led to this solution.
The people who worked to restore the water line to our school. Your hard work under the sun and rain brought water back to our classrooms.
Our School Head and our Master Teacher who made water a top priority and never stopped looking for ways to help our learners.

To everyone who gave a hand, gave a voice, and gave support — maraming maraming salamat po.

Water is life.
And today, life is flowing again at Pacoc Elementary School.
May this remind us that when the community works together, even the driest seasons will end, and blessings will flow again.

📢 CLUSTER-BASED INSET 2026 | THANK YOU & SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION

Theme: "Advancing Pedagogical Approaches, Inclusive SNED Checklist Screenings, and Resilient ADM Implementation"

With hearts full of gratitude, we joyfully announce the successful completion of our Cluster-Based In-Service Training for Teachers held yesterday.

This meaningful professional development activity was made possible through the dedication of our resource speakers, facilitators, and the active participation of all our teachers.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE TRAINING

I. OPENING PROGRAM & SETTING OF DIRECTION
Led by: Mr. Elmer M. Eguem – School Head
We began with individual learning expectations and a baseline assessment to align our goals. Through expectation setting, sharing of experiences, and pre-assessment activities, we established a strong foundation for collaborative learning.

II. ADVANCING PEDAGOGICAL APPROACHES FOR DIVERSE LEARNERS
Resource Speaker: Mr. Elmer M. Eguem – School Head
Teachers engaged in interactive lecture-discussions, video presentations, classroom scenario analysis, and collaborative workshops. Through Q&A, scenario analysis, and observation checklists, participants produced a differentiated learning activity / lesson enhancement designed to meet the needs of all types of learners in the classroom.

III. SNED CHECKLIST SCREENING: IDENTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION
Resource Speaker: Mrs. Marites C. Marquez – Teacher VI
This session deepened our understanding of inclusive education. Through interactive discussions, demonstrations, case analysis, and guided practice, teachers completed a SNED Checklist based on a learner case/profile. Knowledge checks and rubric-based assessments ensured accurate identification and documentation of learners with Special Educational Needs.

IV. ADM POLICIES
Resource Speaker: Mr. Lorenzo T. Marquez – Master Teacher II
Teachers were equipped with updated policies and strategies on Alternative Delivery Mode. Through scenario-based learning and group discussions, participants developed an ADM continuity strategy to address potential disruptions to learning.

V. FLEXIBLE LEARNING PROGRAM
Resource Speaker: Mr. Lorenzo T. Marquez – Master Teacher II
We explored responsive and learner-centered modalities. Best practices were shared and a participation checklist and scenario-based assessment guided the crafting of flexible learning plans that ensure no learner is left behind.

VI. EDUCATION IN EMERGENCIES
Resource Speaker: Mr. Lorenzo T. Marquez – Master Teacher II
Our final session focused on resilience. Teachers collaborated to create ADM continuity strategies for emergency situations, ensuring that education remains uninterrupted and accessible even in times of crisis.

Pacoc ES Holds Post-ManCom Echo Meeting

Following class break, Pacoc Elementary School conducted a productive Post-ManCom Echo Meeting led by the School Head, Sir Elmer Eguem, together with the teaching personnel.

The meeting aimed to echo and cascade the key discussions, updates, and directives from the recent Management Committee (ManCom) Meeting. The session focused on ensuring that all teachers are well-informed and aligned with the school’s priorities, programs, and upcoming activities.

Important matters such as academic targets, school programs, and preparations for future events were thoroughly discussed. The meeting also served as a venue to strengthen collaboration among the teaching staff as they reaffirmed their shared commitment to delivering quality education and creating meaningful learning experiences for every learner.

The school leadership expressed their appreciation to all teachers for their active participation, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to the school’s goals and to the success of Pacoc ES learners.

Today we focused on Proper Procedures and the Effective Utilization of the Learner Information System.
As educators, we recognize that accurate data is the foundation of quality education.
Through this SLAC, we aim to strengthen our enrollment processes and ensure that every learner is properly recorded and accounted for and it equips our teaching force with the knowledge and skills to maintain accurate and updated enrollment data through proper LIS management.
