Warmest congratulations to all graduates and completers of basic education, batch 2026, with their loving parents and supportive families.

Today we honor the strength, strong determination and resiliency that our learners, families and teachers brought with them to this meaningful celebration of success and thanksgiving for God's blessings and gifts to every learner, through hard work, patience, sacrifices and hope. You have successfully survived and overcame all challenges along this journey as you continuously pursue your dreams in life.

Guided by this year's theme: "Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character, " will surely make you stay right on track for excellence and leadership.
