Ang Daguit National High School ay inaanyayahan ang lahat ng mag-aaral, magulang, at tagapag-alaga para sa Enrolment para sa School Year 2026–2027 para sa Grades 7 hanggang 12, kabilang ang mga Transferee at Balik-Aral.

📌 Bukas ang paaralan para sa lahat ng nais magpatala. Mangyaring dalhin ang mga kinakailangang dokumento tulad ng report card at birth certificate (kung kinakailangan) at sagutan ang enrollment form na makukuha sa Administrative Office.

Kasabay ng enrolment ay ang pagsasagawa ng Oplan Balik-Eskwela at Brigada Eskwela mula Hunyo 1 hanggang Hunyo 5, 2026.

Layunin nito ang paghahanda ng paaralan upang masig**o ang ligtas, malinis, at maayos na kapaligiran para sa pagbubukas ng klase. ARAL Summer Program 2026 at DNHS

The ARAL Summer Program 2026 officially commenced today, May 6, 2026, at Daguit National High School, marking a meaningful step toward strengthening learners’ literacy, numeracy and academic skills during the break. The activity headed by Maria Lourdes M. Santos, Principal III, whose leadership continues to inspire initiatives that support student development.

The opening of the program was led by Ma. Lourdes S. Villanueva, the school’s dedicated Reading Coordinator, who emphasized the importance of continuous learning beyond the regular school year. With the active participation of both teaching and non-teaching personnel, the program reflects a strong sense of collaboration and commitment within the school community.

Learners enthusiastically joined the first day of activities, eager to enhance their reading comprehension and logical thinking skills through guided sessions and engaging exercises. “Walk the Talk” Inclusivity Fashion Show Promotes Self-Expression and Equality

Daguit National High School successfully conducted the “Walk the Talk” Inclusivity Fashion Show on March 13, 2026, as one of the highlight activities under Project PURPLE (People United for Rights, Protection, Liberation and Equity).

The activity was participated in by selected students from Grades 7 to 12, who confidently showcased their creativity, style, and individuality on the runway. The event aimed to promote inclusivity, self-expression, and respect for diversity among learners.

The program opened with a lively Production Number performed by the participants, setting an energetic atmosphere for the event. This was followed by the School Uniform Attire segment where students modeled their uniforms with confidence and pride.

Participants also displayed imaginative and stylish looks in the Casual Futuristic Attire segment, presenting modern outfits inspired by futuristic themes. The event concluded with the Denim Segment, where students wore trendy denim outfits that highlighted their personality and creativity.

Through the “Walk the Talk” Inclusivity Fashion Show, students were given the opportunity to express themselves while promoting the core values of Project PURPLE, which advocates for rights, protection, liberation, and equity for everyone in the school community.

DNHS lunches Project PURPLE to Promote Gender Equality and Rights Awareness

Daguit National High School officially launched Project PURPLE (People United for Rights, Protection, Liberation and Equity) through a series of meaningful activities aimed at promoting gender awareness, equality, and respect among learners and school personnel.

The project, spearheaded by Mr. Fernando A. Tenorio, the school’s Gender and Development (GAD) Coordinator, together with the DNHS GAD Officers, and with the guidance of Maam Maria Lourdes M. Santos, School Head, kicked off on March 2, 2026, with various participatory activities designed to encourage students to express their thoughts and advocacies related to gender rights and equality.

Among the highlight activities during the kick-off were the “Free Biases: Express Yourself Board,” where students freely shared their messages, opinions, and reflections about gender stereotypes and discrimination. Creative contests such as Slogan Making, Poster Making, and Pamphlet/Brochure Making were also conducted, allowing students to showcase their creativity while advocating for fairness, inclusivity, and respect for all genders.

In line with the objectives of Project PURPLE, a simultaneous Gender Talks Symposium was also conducted on March 6, 2026, where students were oriented on the importance of gender sensitivity, human rights, and the role of the youth in promoting equality and protection for everyone. The symposium served as a platform to deepen students’ understanding of gender issues and encourage them to become advocates of positive change within their community.

The initiative reflects the school’s dedication to building a community where rights are upheld, voices are heard, and equality is practiced by all.

Orientation sa Strengthened Senior High School Program at State of the School Address, Isinagawa sa Daguit National High School

Isinagawa noong Marso 12, 2026 ang orientation para sa mga g**o at magulang hinggil sa Strengthened Senior High School Program sa Daguit National High School. Pinangunahan ito ng punong-g**o, Maam Maria Lourdes Mabeza Santos, EdD.

Sa umaga isinagawa ang orientation para sa mga g**o kung saan ipinaliwanag ang mga pagbabago at mahahalagang detalye ng pinalakas na programa ng Senior High School. Tinalakay rin ang mga responsibilidad ng mga g**o sa pagpapatupad ng nasabing programa upang mas mapahusay ang kalidad ng edukasyon ng mga mag-aaral.

Samantala, sa hapon naman ginanap ang orientation para sa mga magulang. Ipinakilala sa kanila ang mga layunin, benepisyo, at mahahalagang aspeto ng Strengthened Senior High School Program upang mas maunawaan nila ang direksyon ng edukasyon ng kanilang mga anak.

Bukod sa orientation, isinagawa rin ang State of the School Address (SOSA) kung saan inilahad ng punong-g**o ang mga mahahalagang kaganapan at aktibidad ng paaralan para sa Taong Panuruan 2025–2026. Kabilang sa mga tinalakay ang iba’t ibang kompetisyon at programa na sinalihan ng mga g**o at mag-aaral na nagbigay karangalan sa paaralan.

Sa pamamagitan ng nasabing programa, layunin ng pamunuan ng paaralan na mapalakas ang ugnayan ng mga g**o, magulang, at ng buong komunidad upang higit na mapabuti ang pagpapatupad ng mga programa para sa kapakanan at tagumpay ng mga mag-aaral.

A New Generation Takes the Lead: Daguit NHS SSLG Officers for SY 2026–2027 Formally Inducted

The induction and oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected officers of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) for School Year 2026–2027 was successfully held, marking the start of a new chapter of student leadership. The winners were officially announced by Ma’am Rina Cecilia P. Doronela, followed by the oath-taking led by the school head, Ma’am Maria Lourdes M. Santos, EdD, on February 2, 2026, after the flag ceremony.

Daguit National High School (DNHS) successfully conducted the Department of Education (DepEd) Deworming Program on January 26, 2026, as part of the government’s ongoing health and nutrition initiatives for learners. The activity aimed to improve students’ overall health, prevent soil-transmitted helminth infections, and support better school attendance and academic performance. With the cooperation of school personnel, health partners, and parents, eligible learners were given deworming tablets following proper medical guidelines. Prior to the activity, orientation and consent processes were strictly observed to ensure the safety and awareness of all participants. The program highlighted DNHS’s commitment to promoting a healthy and child-friendly learning environment.

Northills College of Asia officially endorsed five of its education students for pre-service training at Daguit National High School, strengthening the partnership between the two institutions in preparing future educators. The endorsement was led by Northills College of Asia President Dr. Alex P. Alangco, who emphasized the importance of real classroom exposure in developing competent and dedicated teachers. The pre-service teachers are expected to gain hands-on experience through lesson assistance, classroom management, and participation in school activities. Daguit National High School, under the leadership of Principal III Dr. Maria Lourdes M. Santos, warmly welcomed the interns and expressed full support for their training. Experienced mentor-teachers will guide and supervise the interns throughout their stay. The program aims to enhance the interns’ professional skills, confidence, and readiness for the teaching profession while contributing meaningfully to the school community.
