Preparedness is our best shield! 💪🛡️

On July 16, 2026, at exactly 3:00 PM, Talobatib High School, in coordination with local emergency responders and safety officers, successfully conducted a Simulation Exercise (SIMEX) depicting a Stabbing Incident.

The main objective of this exercise was to test, evaluate, and sharpen our school's emergency response protocols and ensure a swift, coordinated effort with local authorities during unexpected crises.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to PNP Labo for their swift tactical response and professional guidance, as well as to the dedicated Barangay Tanod and the Officials of Barangay Talobatib for ensuring peace, order, and seamless community coordination. We also extend our deepest thanks to our brave student participants, teachers, and school staff who played vital roles in making this simulation as realistic and educational as possible.

Sa ating mga minamahal na magulang, tagapag-alaga, at mga kasapi ng komunidad ng Talobatib High School.
Kaugnay ng mga mensaheng ipinapadala sa text/chat at iba pang impormasyong kumakalat sa social media tungkol sa umano’y banta sa seguridad ng mga paaralan, hinihiling po namin ang inyong pag-iingat sa pagtanggap at pagbabahagi ng mga balitang hindi pa opisyal na nakukumpirma. Mahalaga po ang pagiging mapanuri upang maiwasan ang pagkalat ng maling impormasyon na maaaring magdulot ng pangamba at kalituhan.

Nais po naming tiyakin sa lahat na ang pamunuan ng Talobatib High School ay patuloy na nakikipag-ugnayan sa ating mga lokal na opisyal, Barangay Council, at sa Philippine National Police (PNP) upang masig**o ang kaligtasan at seguridad ng buong komunidad ng paaralan. Isinasagawa rin po ang mga kinakailangang hakbang upang mapanatiling maayos at ligtas ang kapaligiran para sa ating mga mag-aaral, g**o, at kawani.

Hinihikayat din po namin ang inyong pakikipagtulungan sa pamamagitan ng pananatiling kalmado, mapagmatyag, at responsable. Kung may mapansin pong kahina-hinalang aktibidad, tao, o bagay, agad po itong iulat sa paaralan o sa mga kinauukulang awtoridad upang agarang mabigyan ng kaukulang aksyon.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum ng Schools Division Office of Camarines Norte ukol sa pagpapaigting ng pagbabantay at pagpapatupad ng mga hakbang pangseguridad kaugnay ng mga naiulat na banta sa mga paaralan, ang Talobatib High School ay magsasagawa ng mas mahigpit na security measures simula Hulyo 7, 2026.

✅ Lahat ng bisita na papasok sa paaralan ay kinakailangang magtala sa logbook at kumuha ng Visitors Pass. Kinakailangan ding mag-iwan ng isang (1) valid ID at ilagay ang kanilang pangalan, layunin ng pagbisita, at opisina o taong pupuntahan. Bilang karagdagang hakbang sa seguridad, lahat ng papasok sa paaralan ay sasailalim sa security screening gamit ang hand-held metal detector.

✅ Mahigpit ding ipinagbabawal ang pagdadala ng anumang uri ng armas, patalim, baril, paputok, ilegal na droga, v**e, alak, at iba pang bagay na maaaring magdulot ng panganib sa kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral, kawani, at mga bisita.
