Sa mga nagnanais magpatala, kayo ay maaring tumawag o magtext sa inyong dating adviser.

Para naman sa mga Grade 7 at 11 sa darating na pasukan kayo ay maari ring magtext o tumawag sa mga numerong nasa larawan upang kayo ay ma-assist ng teacher/school representative.

Sa mga nais magpatala, maari po ninyong gawin ang mga sumusunod na paraan.
1. Online application. Bisitahin ang link na binigay at punan ang form ng mga hinihinging impormasyon. Siguradohin na mai-click ang submit button matapos fill-upan ang ito. Mahintay lamang ng confirmation text na kayo ay enroll na.
2. Text/Call. Kayo ay maaring tumawag sa mga numerong binigay. Ang teacher/school representative na sasagot ng inyong tawag at hinihingi ng inyong personal details upang ilagay sa enrollment form. Maghintay rin ng confirmation text na kayo ay enroll na.
3. Home visitacion. Sa mga walang kakayahang makapagsagawa ng online application, kayo ay maaring magbigay alam na kayo ay nagnanais na magpatala sa aming paaralan at kayo ay pupuntahin ng guro/school representative upang kayo ay bigyan ng enrollment form at survey form.

Enrollment for SY 2020-2021 will start tomorrow, 1st of June 2020. The process of enrollment will be through online application or via phone call.

For online application, visit https://forms.gle/SY2HLogP1uKjgRT5A (JHS); https://forms.gle/7EUD18C5pFsMVL2q8 (SHS) and fill-up the pre-admission form. Once finished, wait for a text confirmation that you are now officially enrolled.
