The Agriculture Training Institute CAR opens its 4th Kabataang OA Quiz Bee on November 5, 2025.

Anchored with the theme: KABUHAYANG OA, KINABUKASANG OK: HALINA AT KUMITA SA ORGANIKONG AGRIKULTURA. It gathered 5 universities and colleges ( 25 entries for the Kabataang OA Quiz Bee) to compete.

OSSOAM ACQUAINTANCE PARTY! 🎉

✨Aggregating Cooperation Toward Fertile Relationship Through Organic Amendments✨

For soil to be considered fertile, it must contain essential nutrients and organic matter to support plant growth, while also being free of toxins. Soil particles are aggregated/bound together by agents like organic matter to create a structure that sustains life.

Just like the soil, for members of an organization to cooperate and build fertile relationships, they also need organic amendments such as love, understanding, communication, forgiveness, and camaraderie.

Furthermore, we can apply the Liebig's Law of the Minimum, often represented by a barrel made of staves with unequal length. The water held by the barrel, representing our organization's growth, is limited by the shortest stave (the scarcest resource or most critical weakness). No matter how long the other staves or how abundant strengths are , if the shortest stave remains unaddressed, the organization's growth will not improve. By aggregating our cooperation, we actively work together to lengthen that shortest stave which can increase our potential.

It was more than just a ceremony but also a transfer of a fundamental principle. We entrusted our new leaders with a model of Liebig's Law of the Minimum, a powerful symbol of the Key of Responsibility.

May this model serve as their guide and reminder to always identify and strengthen the limiting factor, to nurture the weakest link, and to take responsibility of the outcome.
